These terms apply to this website and its free tools, run by Dev Innovation Tech. The SmartWorker software itself is covered by a separate licence agreement given at the time of purchase.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our products, book a demo, apply as a partner and use the free tools. Please do not misuse it — for example, by trying to break its security or by sending false information in forms.
2. Prices
Prices shown are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price is one-time per company for the plan chosen; a yearly fee for support and updates applies from the second year. A GST invoice is issued for every purchase. Prices may change; the price confirmed in your order applies. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Payment terms are set out in your written quote.
3. Free tools
The free tools (GST invoice maker, amount in words, late-payment calculator) are provided “as is” to help you. They run in your browser and we do not see what you type. You are responsible for checking tax rates, HSN/SAC codes and other details with your CA before using any document for tax purposes.
4. Sample data
Screens and examples on this website show made-up businesses, names, GSTINs and amounts. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
5. Trademarks
Dev Innovation Tech, SmartWorker and their logos belong to Dev Innovation Tech. Tally, Zoho, WhatsApp and UPI are names of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep this website accurate, but it may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using this website or the free tools.
7. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Palakkad, Kerala have jurisdiction.
